Unique in process and flavor, this coffee undergoes a 300 hour anaerobic fermentation process which gives the beans rich and complex flavors like bright berry, grape, plum, and pomegranate notes, finished with the distinct, soft sweetness of nutty chocolaty candy.
This incredible coffee comes from a small finca in La Sierra, a barrio in the hills high above Medellín. It's there that two young bothers, Cristian and Johnattan, have devoted their lives to transforming their community through coffee. Without the means of a large farm, their grassroots movement is fueled by their passion for innovation and perseverance to make a coffee unlike any other– one that makes Colombia proud, but stands on its own as the new generation.
