Seldom do I find a dark roast with absolutely no bitterness or "ash tray" aftertaste! The Italian Roast hits the mark! It's a great dark roast, probably a little better to me than Angelino's Dark Roast blend, both are excellent, but I think the Italian Roast is a tad better!
